Trivion — As-built documentation
Trivion measures and documents existing buildings across the Greater Toronto Area. They attend sites and use laser scanning and photogrammetry to capture existing conditions, then produce verified as-built drawings, BIM models, point clouds, site plans, and virtual walkthroughs in the formats architects and engineers use.
We review Trivion's drawing deliverables for quality assurance before they go to the client. The review covers dimensions, drafting standards, and drawing coordination. Trivion produces and owns the drawings; our role is QA review only. No deliverables through this arrangement are stamped or sealed by Kernel Engineering.
